PRODUCT UTILISED |
In our impregnation
process we use IM3000 resin, a mixture of mono and polyfunctional
acrylics and methacrylates |
| |
With the IM3000 resin:
• we offer an efficient, and at the same time economic, solution
to problems of micro-porosity;
• avoiding, thanks to its exceptional washable qualities,
any correction or successive resumption of the mechanically
treated pieces, even if geometrically complex;
• it is distinguished by its thermal stability over time within
a temperature range between -55 °C and +200 °C. It supports
a temperature of up to 250°C without problems for short periods;
• the impregnated pieces have the same resistance to pressures
as the sealed pieces (non-impregnated);
• there is excellent resistance to petrol, oily substances, hydraulic fluids, anti-freeze substances, gases and acid solutions.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS |
• The automobile
industry and relative sub-suppliers (casings, collectors, gearboxes,
driving boxes, shock absorbers, carburettors, motor heads, oil
pumps, water pumps, etc.)
• Space and aeronautical components
• Components for the pneumatic and oil-pressure industry
• Components for command instrumentation
• The Electronic and Telecommunications Industry (bobbins, connectors,
boxes, etc.)
• Equipment and components for gas, water-heaters and air-conditioners
• Taps and fittings
• The mechanical sintering industry |
